Takoda Dell
Client Engagement Specialist
I'm lucky.
People can take years searching for their calling, but not me. I've been in insurance my entire career, starting with an administrative role at 19. An early start in the industry I love has given me the gift of learning from the best, evolving as the sector grew and changed.
My experiences helping clients over the years taught me the importance of having the right cover at the right time. Insurance became deeply personal when my father had a stroke – as I helped my own family navigate the claim process, I witnessed firsthand the impact insurance has on families during their most vulnerable moments.
I understand what really matters at claim time.
Claims are where insurance proves its worth. And I'll be there with you when that time comes, because I know how confusing and stressful it can be.
I have previously worked alongside Glen and Nimalka in an administrative role, working behind the scenes helping the lads communicate with their clients throughout the process including applying for insurance, annual reviews and most importantly at claim time.
When I’m not working in the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends; hosting countless BBQ’s with my partner as well as supporting my family where I can.
