His first career in the Navy in the HR arena has fine-tuned his ability to work with people and really understand what drives them. This skill is essential in putting together a well-planned and executed risk management strategy; one that will maximise the ability to provide Insurance that delivers at claim time, whilst still being price conscious.
Nimalka Perera
Business Development Manager
Nimalka has all most 26 years’ experience in banking and finance working for two leading international banks.
He has held different roles in his banking career and financial services career. Taking the role of the Business Development Manager of New Vision Financial Servies allows him to extend his knowledge, working with the Financial Advisers and developing a larger footprint for this business.
Amy Callon
Risk Insurance Consultant Financial Adviser
Amy started in the insurance industry as a receptionist at 19 years old.
Over the next 7 years she was able to learn from the best in the industry, evolve as the industry grew, help clients through the claims process and see hope important it is to have a helping hand throughout the process.
In 2022 she made the amazing decision to move from behind the scenes and become a Financial Adviser which the NVI team were thrilled about!
