Why We Do What We Do

Glen Hatcher has worked in the Financial Services Industry as an insurance adviser since 2008. Having completed 21 years in the Navy prior to this in personnel services, made him realise one fundamental fact of life.  Without a goal or direction, we live life aimlessly and in chaos.  As we work through life it comes with complexities like creating debt, creating wealth and even creating family which all rely on us getting up each day and to go through the motions of being an adult in a grown up world.

Along with Glen there is Amy and Nimalka who make up the team. New Vision takes care of some of life's puzzles. Our logo was created to show 99% of us live in some form of chaos.  Some of it interconnects like a jigsaw puzzle, but unlike a normal puzzle with perfect sides and shape, life gets in the way and it skews somewhat.  This is life.

With a fresh set of eyes and a point of difference we can put some plans on the table for our clients to work through to get balance in their lives, providing a road map and show vision through the chaos.  That way our clients can make sense of their world and tidy up loose ends, simplify some aspects of their lives and allow them to focus on their own passions; knowing they have a plan in place to work to.

We love educating our clients on the four areas of risk management which then empowers them to make decisions for themselves, get things in order and turn their Vision into Value.

We believe in a consultative approach to everything in life. Working with our clients to solve their problems, not ours.

Our job is not to tell our clients what to do.  We simply highlight the traps and pitfalls and gently encourage them to take action on the things they choose is right for them. You only know what you only know, we help our clients understand what areas in their life needs protection, through means of insurance, legal work and more, to ensure if anything were to happen they are protected.
